Upcoming trade shows
The latest ovens from leading manufacturers will be on display at two trade shows in England this Spring.
Hotelympia is the UK’s largest exhibition for foodservice and hospitality, and is open from Sunday 26th February until Thursday 1st March. It is located at the ExCel centre in London, and will feature several new rapid-cook ovens incorporating catalytic converters which enable them to be used in locations without extraction.
KBB, stands for ‘Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms’, and is open from Sunday 4th March until Wednesday 7th March. This shows focuses on the domestic market, and will include some high-end ovens which utilise catalytic technology to improve the air quality in the kitchen.
